Dwarf Hybrid Ti Plant

The Dwarf Hybrid Ti plant, also known as Cordyline fruticosa 'Dwarf Hybrid', is a compact variety of the Ti plant that is commonly grown as a houseplant or as an outdoor ornamental plant in tropical and subtropical regions. This plant features vibrant and colorful foliage that can range from green to pink, purple, red, and yellow. The leaves grow in a rosette form, and the plant can reach a height of up to 3 feet (91 cm) with a spread of up to 2 feet (61 cm).
The Dwarf Hybrid Ti plant is relatively easy to care for, preferring bright, indirect sunlight and consistently moist, but well-draining soil. It can be propagated by stem cuttings, which should be taken in the spring or early summer and rooted in moist potting soil. As with all plants, it is important to be mindful of any potential pests or diseases that may affect the Dwarf Hybrid Ti plant. Mealybugs, spider mites, and scale insects are common pests, while root rot can be an issue if the soil is kept too wet. Regularly inspecting the plant and promptly addressing any issues can help ensure it stays healthy and vibrant.
